LSS will provide staff on either a permanent or temporary basis covering short-term gaps, long-term requirements and sudden changes in demand. Our recruitment process entails matching up the candidate and the client from various angles to obtain the best possible result, enabling your organisation to operate smoothly and efficiently. Our clients’ time is always an important factor so we will pull out all the stops to accommodate this through our proficiency and experience, whilst not neglecting any part of the recruitment process. We will provide labour to cover any fluctuations in orders, from 1 to 150 temporary staff on any given day. We will personally check in our temporary staff each day and immediately replace any ”no shows” with inducted stand-bys. We pride ourselves on providing full and complete inductions including site tours, line trials, health and safety and clear expectations of the role.

Early Stage Planning By getting involved earlier in the process we can find the best candidate for the job at the best possible rate. Being told about a position with little notice limits our options and may end up being a more costly solution due to candidates letting us down or having to wait longer for an individual to commence work.

Through our regular aftercare and face-to-face contact we are always looking to ensure that our workers are properly inducted, are only being asked to carry out duties that they are qualified to do and that their work is properly checked and supervised.

LSS work with many clients on an exclusive or preferred agency basis. Often the rates can appear expensive but they allow us to pay the candidates the correct market rate ensuring the best candidates can be submitted for our clients positions. More substantial cost savings can be enjoyed through turnover rebates, prompt payment discounts and through the free training we offer to our key account clients.

Providing Updates/feedback

While we ensure we get things right from the onset , there are times we or our candidates may not achieve this aim, however working in partnership and cooperating with your consultant throughout the recruitment process will limit any confusion and ensure that we are sending only the most appropriate candidates for your company.
